By definition, training involves conveying
new knowledge and practicing newly acquired skills.
Training aims at achieving pre-set goals through the
application of proven training concepts and methods.
In recent years the role of the trainer has changed
dramatically. The classical function of the trainer
as a teacher or lecturer has become largely obsolete.
Trainers today have moved on to act more as moderators
in learning processes or as a companion on the learning
path. In addition to purely conveying knowledge, trainers
are increasingly responsible for helping participants
improve their capacity to acquire new knowledge and
skills.
The need to adapt to and initiate change is rising -
as is the pressure this inevitably brings. This applies
to both individuals and whole organisations. However,
these change processes are full of potential. It is
exactly this potential that AAC training aims to tap
and develop.
For AAC, the individual remains the key to the training
experience. We create lively, motivating and memorable
learning environments in which participants can discover
and develop their potential - either one-to-one or in
small groups. |
